We may use the personal information that we collect for the following purposes: To track program participation; To communicate with students and families about important program updates; To personalize the program experience; To monitor and analyze historical program participation trends; To receive important parental permissions; and For any other purpose with your consent.
We may also use your information in an aggregated or anonymized form that does not identify you personally.
How We Share Your Information
When Chicago Debates shares data, it is anonymized and aggregated and only shared with funders to verify alignment with their funding priorities. Additionally, Chicago Debates will share data with the Chicago Public Schools administration, if requested.
We may also disclose your information if required by law or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of our users.

The Chicago Debates Participation Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Parents must complete the Chicago Debates Participation Application on behalf of their child who is under the age of 13 years.
