Tayo Hill is the Director of Strategic Communications & Operations at Chicago Debates. She works to oversee all aspects of Chicago Debates’ internal and external operations and communications efforts to increase organizational efficiency, awareness, visibility, and engagement with external partners. Tayo works to support both the Program & Development Teams to advance the mission of Chicago Debates and generate resource development opportunities to ensure Chicago’s youth continue to have access to the transformative activity that is debate.
With several years of experience in both corporate and nonprofit communications, Tayo enjoys leveraging the skills she’s developed to identify opportunities and resources to invest in underserved communities.
Tayo is a member and actively involved in several community and service-based organizations, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Jack & Jill of America, Inc. In addition to spending time with her husband and three children, she enjoys reading, traveling, and live music. Tayo is a University of Michigan – Dearborn Alum with a degree in Communications – Public Relations and Corporate Communications and a minor in Psychology.
